Tasks

To support the company Digital Transformation agenda and eCommerce growth ambitions, we are recruiting a talented Growth Junior Manager to join the B2B team.

The role is part of the Global team, is based in Lisbon, Portugal and reports to the Global Head of the store.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Define and deliver the store Acquisition strategy across all digital and non-digital touchpoints.
  • Lead global acquisition campaigns from brief to execution to reporting.
  • Execute the store Acquisition campaigns across all digital and non-digital touchpoints.
  • Define Customer Profiling in order to define a store CRM strategy.
  • Support the execution of the store CRM strategy and support local market in their executions.
  • Master store Data & Web Analytics, sharing insights to improve the store experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local markets to ensure their needs are met and they are enabled to drive the business.
  • Develop and hunt for best practices. Drive share and reapply.

Requirements

  • Has 5+ years of experience working in CRM/Marketing/Trading/Growth for an eCommerce business or for a startup
  • Has a strong analytic and data driven mindset.
  • Has experience leading marketing campaigns from brief to execution
  • Is a team player, able to build meaningful and trusted work relationships with all stakeholders. Is passionate and experienced in coaching and developing a team.
  • Has experience operating in a B2B environment
  • Feels comfortable working in fast paced environment managing multiple deliverables at once under tight timings
  • Previous experience in the beauty or CPG industry is a plus
  • Language: English. Any other language is a plus.
