We are searching for a Functional Support to work in Lisbon.

Requirements:

Good knowledge on:

- ITIL process / User support

Average knowledge on

- Application monitoring (Geneos or equivalent)

- Oracle database  SQL query writing

- Linux OS

- shell scripting

- Webshpere server, HTTP servers (apache)

Fluent in English

Functional Domain:

- Client service management tool

- Ticketing workflows
