Job Description and Responsibilities:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced front-end Developer to join our team in designing and developing user interfaces for IoT devices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the user interface for IoT devices to provide our clients with a seamless user experience. You will perform research activities within the Connected Things (Cyber-physical systems) group, namely in edge & cloud computing and contribute to the innovation area of Cognitive Connected Solutions.

The candidate will work on the following tasks:

  • Implementation of data visualisation tools using JS for gateways to monitor IoT devices;
  • User management, authentication, and authorisation for IoT devices;
  • Integration of data from IoT devices with cloud infrastructures.

Personal Skills:

Candidates with experience developing front-end using JS and REACT technologies are preferred. The candidate will work closely with IoT devices, so experience within this field will be highly valued. Previous working experience in relevant areas will be regarded. The candidate must be able to work autonomously and show excellent English communication skills.

Academic Qualifications:

Academic Master's degree or equivalent academic qualifications in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.

Other Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in front-end development;
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery;
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js;
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development;
  • Experience with IoT devices and protocols is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Professional Experience:

More than one year of professional experience or research experience in R&D projects and front-end development. If you are passionate about front-end development and interested in working with cutting-edge technology, please apply with your resume and portfolio.

About Us:
