We are seeking a skilled and motivated QAD Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining customized solutions within the QAD platform. The individual must possess a deep understanding of QAD's ERP, advanced QXTend skills, and the ability to create QDocs. A certification in development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and customize solutions within the QAD ERP system based on business requirements.
2. Utilize advanced QXTend skills to manage integration between QAD and other systems.
3. Create and maintain QDocs to ensure effective integration of data between systems.
4. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the QAD platform.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation for system designs, modifications, and operational procedures.
7. Stay abreast with the latest developments and enhancements within QAD products.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with QAD development.
3. Certification in development is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
4. Advanced skills in QXTend and proficiency in creating QDocs.
5. Deep understanding of ERP concepts and strong experience with the QAD platform.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
