We are looking for Digital - Problem Manager for our team in Lisbon.

Responsabilities:

• Guide and work alongside client product teams on continuous improvement in order to deliver value and not just deliver software;
• Help the Product Owners and the teams to understand their needs and help them improve individually and as a team;
• Protect the team from external noise and help establish proper communication channels with stakeholders;
• Help build a safe and trusting environment, where feedback is open, and everyone feels their needs are understood instead of judged;
• Be involved in team decisions, everyone should be able to contribute to the team regardless of their experience in this industry;
• Present information for team sprint performance using data visualization techniques;
• Facilitate and unblock the team and program solutions and strategies to promote business challenges;
• Collaborate with Program stakeholders, and the remaining delivery teams.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ year of professional experience;
• JIRA knowledge to support progress reporting;
• Knowing concepts to perform business process transformation;
• Experience in IT enterprise solutions and have a solid understanding of state-of-the-art software development.

Personal traits:

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients;
• Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills.
