Principais responsabilidades

Technology scouting for technologies, tools etc. to be implemented in finance, development of pilot projects including subsequent implementation digital tool applications.

Technical implementation and organizational implementation of digitization projects - from the initial idea to the finished service.

Lead a cross functional team (IT development, UX design, Business Planning etc.) and align with internal and external stakeholders/partners.
Coordination with all areas and departments and the resulting needs and insights for digitization, automation and data processing (inputs and outputs / analyzes) to increase efficiency and generate added value.
Development of concepts and solutions for empowering finance organizations, executives and employees with regard to the application of digital tools and leadership behavior in the digital age.

Moderation and coordination of business process-related coordination and decision-making bodies.
Monitoring the progress of individual initiatives and programs, as well as the overall transformation; Progress reports and reports on possible problems for all stakeholders.
Representation and communication of the IT service portfolio.
Promote and maintain environment conducive to high employee morale and productivity.

HR responsibilities including overall staffing, development, training, performance management and resource utilization/backfill in collaboration with Resource Management team.

Collaborate with the appropriate team members to exceed expectations in the following areas: account profitability, customer satisfaction & loyalty.
