Senior Technical Consultant who will work as part of a team assisting customers in making the best use of the entire TEMS product suite like TEMS Pocket.
The role involves helping customers to install, maintain and integrate systems and automate processes. You will be expected to provide expert guidance and solution design plus doing product setup, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Description

The role involves helping customers to install, maintain and integrate systems and automate processes. You will be expected to provide expert guidance and solution design plus doing product setup, upgrades, and performance tuning.

* Using TEMS products to gather and analyze mobile network test data and present
it to clients
* Custom solution design and implementation creating workflows, designing, and
running scripts, configuration of new and existing TEMS platforms
* Install, upgrade and migrate TEMS applications and associated technologies
* Integrating TEMS solutions with other applications
* Cloud-based system and database administration of systems running TEMS
platforms
* Communicating regularly with stakeholders
* Offer remote/class-based training using TEMS applications
* Remote working with occasional travel to the Guildford office/client sites

Profile

Technical consultant ideally in the Telecommunications sector with an understanding of Radio Technologies up to
LTE and NR
