Description

Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Management or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support areas;
  • Ability to analyze, identify and solve problems;
  • Experience in ticketing solutions;
  • Knowledge of EDI and XML formats is a plus;
  • Organizational and communication skills;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Good English (at least B2).
