Working within the strategic framework set-out by the Director of Digital Development and Operations the Agile Business Anayst will play a leading role in Company's drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels.

Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with the product owners align information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions within an Agile framework;
  • Responsible for working with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and contains user stories ready for development;
  • Accountable for facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as helping to ensure that the development team clearly understands the user stories they are working on;
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining any necessary documentation, such as requirements specifications and change logs;
  • Advise BUs on how to utilize Agile methodology to achieve their desired outcomes;
  • Coach junior members of the team;
  • Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal.

Profile

Skills & Experiences required

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CRM Agile Business Analyst;
  • Experience with CRM such as MS Dynamics or other major CRM Solutions;
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
  • Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices would be a big plus.
