Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience in managing IT configuration items in a CMDB
• Experience with Service Modeling and IT processes
• Management and organizational skills
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives
• Capacity for initiative and proactivity
• Very good knowledge of English.

Valued qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another relevant area, if you have relevant experience to the position
• Knowledge of Service Manager and CMDB tools (HP Service Manager tool and UCMDB)
• Knowledge in SQL and Excel
• ITIL and/or ISO2000 certification.
