We are recruiting a Business Manager Trainee, to join our team.

This is a 9 months paid internship through ATIVAR program (IEFP professional internship) in an ever-growing business market, with the possibility to celebrate a long-term contract after the internship.

What you will do:

• Identify potential clients and create new business leads;
• Support the Business Team in the development of strategies that tend to the growth of the company;
• Support the designing and implementation of business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals;
• Working closely with the HR team to ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources available for its needs;
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights regarding the market and business sector;
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and partners.

Who we are looking for:

• College degree in Management/Business and International Relations or similar;
• Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development;
• Experience working with CRM software and MS Office;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organization and pro-activity skills;
• Good level of English, spoken and written;
• Willingness to learn and grow, as a member of the Business team;
• Previous experience with similar roles, through academic internships, will be a plus.
