Noesis (https://www.noesis-corporation.com/) is looking for a Business Development Manager, responsible for helping grow businesses by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, managing customers’ needs, and providing solutions for outsourcing and management service needs to clients.

 

Responsibilities:

•Support and contribution to the strategic development of the company.

•Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

•Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.

•Develop relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors as trusted advisors.

•Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

•Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

•Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and forecasts).

•Prepare reports on account status.

•Collaborate on strategies that are ancillary to recruitment, university partnerships, workshops, brand development, and other advertising strategies.

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

•Proven work experience in IT as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role;

•At least 4 years of professional experience in Sales (ideally in the technological area); 

•Capacity and autonomy to work on well-defined and structured tasks;

•Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;

•Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;

•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account management projects concurrently while paying close attention to detail;

•Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities;

•Strong verbal and written communication skills;

•Good communication, innovative spirit, good work planning, motivation and motivational;

•Academic expertise in information technology;

•Technical-professional and socio-relational skills;

•Live in the Dublin area.
