Embly (https://embly.events/) is looking for a energetic and motivated Business Developer to grow our presence in the market share in Portugal. This is an important positition and critical in setting the direction for Embly’s Portuguese business development.

In order to be sucessful in this role, you will need to have a deep understading of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales roles is an advantage.

As Business Developer you’ll engage with leads to help prospective clients learn more about Embly product and close deals. Embly’s goal is to become the number one event solution providing organisers and attendees a simple and powerful tool.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Generate and engage with leads to help prospective clients learn more about Embly product and close deals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with new business leads.
  • Visting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote Embly product.
  •  Create and mantain up to date leads and account plans using our CRM system.
  • Attend events, festivals and industry conferences to network and build profile in the market.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in account executive/sales role.
  • Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English.
  • A passion for and knowledge of the event industry.
  • Ability to learn key software applications.
  • Desire to learn and grow quickly.
