What is your mission:

You will join one of our projects in the Novabase Digital Transformation Unit (hybrid in Lisbon) as a Business Analyst.

The main tasks for this position are:

·Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

·Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.

·Work closely with developers and designers to create and maintain low-code applications based in Outsystems.

·Conduct gap analysis and process improvement assessments.

·Ensure the successful implementation of low-code projects, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.

The talent that we are looking for:

·Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on low-code development using Outsystems.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
