Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our team in Lisbon. 

Main activities:

• Collect, analyze and challenge the user’s needs;
• Work with the developer and understand the projects’ guidelines;
• Create and maintain the Business Requirement Document and have it validated by the business;
• Define with the business the appropriate KPIs and value for each business request;
• Create and Execute appropriate test cases (UAT, NRT, Go live phases);
• Take the lead on project’s related ceremonies and maintain a close contact with business stakeholders;
• Assist functionally the developer during all the project phase.

Technical and Behavioural skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management or Information Technology;
• Experience in BA and function in the banking industry is a plus;
• Knowledge on SQL for understanding a report’s output or calculations;
• High level of analysis and synthesis capability;
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Fluency in English;
• French is a plus.
