We are looking for a Business Analyst for our team in Lisbon or Porto. You will be part of a team whose common motivations are proximity to the business, agility and quality in deliveries services, combining business and IT skills.

What are we looking for?

• 6 to 8 years of overall professional experience in relevant area;
• A good knowledge of data business in a banking/insurance environment;
• Good written and oral communications skills associated with an excellent team spirit;
• Proven analytical and organizational skills;
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements;
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilities:

• Collection, analysis and challenge of business needs in collaboration with the Product Owner;
• Writing requirements and user stories;
• Participation in the design of the Persons Master Data;
• Contribution to the definition of the functional solution of the platform;
• Close collaboration with the IT teams and the project manager to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT implementations;
• Contribution to tests;
• Contribution to the drafting of operating procedures, user guides;
• Propose optimizations and efficiency gains.
