We're looking for Brand Website Managers to integrate NBS Lisbon new eBusiness team.

The focus of this role is to support the EMENA Digital Manager(s) in developing/implementing the Brand Website strategy across all markets in the region, assesses Brand Websites performance against the plan and KPIs, and drives improvements through internal & external partners. This Website Manager will be also be responsible for establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Brand Website strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organisation in closed collaboration with Global eBusiness Team. Will regularly connects with category global, regional and local teams to gather feedbacks, initiatives and requests and share best practices/recommendations for improvement, supporting the local brand teams.

requisitos/requirements
More than 5 years in website management, digital marketing or eBusiness
working with large FMCG brands, and over this period has successfully delivered
on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results;
Extensive knowledge of brand website end to end process, from development
to daily operations;
Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and brand marketing;
Proven English skills: writing, reading, speaking;
Proven change management experience;
Proven clear communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets,
etc.) with excellent response times;
Team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with
empathy, enthusiasm and resilience;
Successfully managed and led launch / roll out of projects;
In the future, you need to be available to work from another country.
