Description

• Be part of an interdisciplinary team creating an IoT focussed App and the Cloud components for a platform;
• Develop and and be responsible for operations of a microservice that mobile and web apps will use;
• Implement suitable messaging, storage mechanisms, and related items (data models, database choice and topologies, scaling foundation, etc.);
• Automate the deployment and operations of cloud infrastructure (Azure, Azure DevOps) by utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code.

Profile

• At least 3 years of experience with Java and SpringBoot, ideally also Kotlin or other modern languages;
• Professional experience in Agile software development & operations (DevOps mindset);
• Experience with SQL and no-SQL databases as well as messaging technologies (ideally Kafka);
• Cloud, IoT, and CI CD technologies and are familiar with Azure or AWS;
• Cloud automation (Pulumi or Terraform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus;
• Fluent in English, both written and oral;
• Willingness to travel and work as a part of an international team (for short periods, as required).
