Responsabilidades

• SPOC with the customer responsible for the application or platform areas (2 for AO and 3 for IO)
• Ensures that the platforms are up and running, without disruption, esuring the communications with the apllciation maintenance areas, infrastrucure amangement and project managers (when projects are being delivered)
• Controling and monitors incidentes, problems and changes that have impact on the platform or application
• Manage issues related to the daily operation, finding solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements increasing eficiency, reducig manual inetrvention and optimizing resources
• Work together with the customer and 3rd parties helping  on solutions developmet, understanding IT needs and manage technical teams to propose and deliver solutions
• Proactively manage resoucres and the release plan
• Periodically review apllication or platform services and operations to ensure that are performing according to specifications
• Periodically review with the documentation re to  operation and exploration tasks, systems admins
