We are looking for an Application Support to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Expertise in at least one database (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase);
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Production Support;
- Hands-on experience with UNIX/LINUX environments;
- Knowledge and/or Certifications of ITIL (nice to have);
- Fluency in English.

Main Responsabilities:
- Monitor and improve production environments;
- Manage all support requests;
- Participate in meetings to discuss with different agents, providing the technical perspective.
