We are looking for a Application Support to integrate a full-remote project in Lisbon.

Tech Profile:
- 4 years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis, performing in large corporate environments, preferably in the financial sector;
- Must have great problem solving skills, must be attentive to details and understand the logic for the business;
- Solid experience with Application Exception Management, monitoring and triage of alerts (Nice to have);
- Experience with issue tracking systems such as Service Now, etc... (Nice to have)
- Experience with internal support organizations and third-party vendors;
- Experience in leading and delivering training.

Main Responsabilities:
- Be primarily responsible for delivering daily production support activities.

Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Investor Services Department at all levels to understand business drivers;
- Work with application delivery teams, infrastructure and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver/promote appropriate solutions;
- Define and implement solutions using the available technology stack, how to identify areas of automation and additional controls with current business processes;
- Shadow 3rd Party Support activities, acquiring in-depth knowledge of applications and processes.

Production Support:
- Deliver application production support to lines of business, ensuring first-class support services;
- Act as a key point of contact on requests and issues to ensure immediate response and resolution;
- Guide incident analysis and implement preventive action plans for improvement;
- Gather and manage all relevant resources in a crisis situation;
- Understand the Exception Management Processes, between Applications, Middleware and Data;
- Investigate servers, middleware and application logs where alerts are triggered;
- Manage all aspects of business/data analytics and enhancements for HFS global lines of business;
- Troubleshoot providing support and problem resolution – conducting problem reviews and crafting technical solutions and plans with key stakeholders;
- Liaise with third-party vendors on items related to routine and ad-hoc maintenance, support and development as needed with application production support staff in Dublin and Paris.

Incident Management and Support:
- Analyze Incidents and implement preventive action plans for improvements;
- Respond to support queries raised by business, infrastructure, ADM and third-party vendors across the entire suite of HFS applications;
- Assess business and system risk, prioritize and plan mitigations;
- Ensure that appropriate communications are delivered to all key stakeholders as soon as an issue is identified;
- Troubleshoot providing support and problem resolution – conducting problem reviews and crafting solutions and plans with key stakeholders;
- Liaise with ADM and third-party vendors on items related to routine and ad-hoc maintenance, support and development as needed with the application production support team in Dublin, Paris and Lisbon.

Change management:
- Participate in Training Sessions for Handover of Application Production Support for the Change Management Team;
- Review, understand, and provide feedback on application production support delivery documentation;
- Ensure that Support Systems are updated to accommodate Change Requests;
- Understand and participate in HFS Release Management standards such as Service Transition Acceptance Criteria;
- Organize, as needed, the transfer of knowledge about changes to application production support teams to internal teams;
- Attend monthly service review meetings between HFS IT and operations.
