We are looking for Application Support Engineer to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Support the Ticket Manager function in monitoring and triaging the Product ticket list;
- Assess the tickets, by verifying and qualifying the ticket severity correctness and the presence of the right level of information to reproduce the issues;
- Solve and tackle customer problems and software defects within the Software release cycle;
- Participate in all aspects of software development activities, coding, code review, unit-testing, bug fixing, and operations;
- Work closely with Scrum Teams, Architects and Product Owners to implement fixes that align to the customer requirements and product needs.
